It's time to make the first step



Time and time again I hear the same old excuse when it comes to exercise (or rather lack of); 'But I haven't got the time...'

 

With the advancement of technology, more and more children and adults are adopting a sedentary lifestyle and neglecting their health by totally cutting out physical activity from their daily routines, which in turn has a drastic impact on overall health.

 

Leading an inactive lifestyle is the major cause of obesity and related diseases like heart failure, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Inactivity also increases the risk of cancer and osteoporosis.

 

 

 

So, in today's fast-paced modern world, is therereally no time to keep fit? Whilst it is true that, with hectic schedules, school and jobs, one’s calendar is fully booked, taking out as little as 10 minutes for exercise each day will go a long way to building a more happy and healthy individual!

 

Make the switch before it’s too late by committing just ten minutes to exercise per day, for five consecutive days, and see noticeable improvements in mood, quality, brain power, attention span, weight, stamina, social interactions and in life generally.

 

With 1440 minutes at your disposal each day, dedicating a mere ten minutes to exercise will have an overall positive effect on your health and wellbeing.
